What does it mean to focus on leadership in relation to human centered design? Is it the same as servant leadership? We lead leading our teams by keeping in mind how the they work and behave. We work with our stakeholders by taking into account their general actions to achieve project success. Can we structure our work and day to influence people naturally towards successful behavior, making it easier for them to do the right things? What about ourselves as Project Managers? Can we also apply human-centeredness to make it easier for us to achieve the project objectives?
