To ensure the correct stakeholders are at the table in the development and implementation of new tools and systems; the One-Stop Operator (OSO) created project working groups. Each project working group uses a Human-Centered Design approach and is focused on a major project or deliverable in the OSO scope of work. Currently, we have project working groups for WIOA Orientation, Customer Satisfaction, Calendar of Events, Cross-training, and Referrals.
