By breaking down a larger experience into it many component parts, we are better able to understand the specific challenges that person encounters, building empathy and understanding of their challenges. Using a journey map can help in identifying problems that if solved, could have the greatest positive impact on your stakeholders. One of many great ways to get to the heart of a problem!
