Driving Innovation with Human-Centered Design in LATAM – Pablo Bariola

The cultural diversity in Perú and other Latin American countries impose a challenge to the implementation of new technologies, products, services and policies. The human-centered design practice has proposes we inform ourselves with techniques borrowed from the social sciences and the design practice, which is of particular value in situations were there is such heterogeneity. We will be sharing stories of how we researched, designed and validated new products at our regional markets.
