At Groundswell we continuously strive to build the best possible customer experience for Empowered households in our community. One way we do that is through human-centered design sessions. During HCD sessions, we go out into the local community and listen to our neighbors as they share their experiences signing up for subscriptions and income-based services. Based on their feedback, Groundswell is able to create products and procedures that respect our customers’ time and resources.
