On April 29, 2021, OISI hosted a virtual brown bag to introduce Human-Centered Design (HCD) to VDSS staff. Dr. Garret Westlake, Director of the da Vinci Center for Innovation at Virginia Commonwealth University, facilitated the session and shared valuable insight into how to apply HCD to our work at VDSS.
