Human-Centered Design (HCD) is a creative problem-solving methodology that centers the lived experience of stakeholders being served by programs, policies, products and services. This session will demonstrate how learning and applying HCD can improve your programs, inspire your teams, and deliver more meaningful and responsive services. We’ll explore how HCD can be an effective process for bringing Guided Pathways to life, while sharing what our civic design firm has learned in the past nine months working with the CalWORKs Association.
