Irit Seligman of Code for BTV, Burlington Vermont’s Code for America brigade, presents part 1 of a mini workshop on Human Centered Design. The goal is not to make people experts, but to expose them to the human centered design, and design thinking process. Ultimately, we hope that people can use the HCD and DT concepts introduced here with their own work on improving civic engagement, government services, and non profit services, at least.
