Human-centered design is an approach to problem solving that puts the people we serve at the heart of the process. It’s about finding out what people need, and then building, testing and iterating until we have a solution that’s going to work.
This workshop gives people the opportunity to get their heads around the process and why it’s so goshdarn important.
