This is a 1-hour introduction to visual thinking I have done for a scrum master community in Danske Bank in Aarhus, Denmark on October 9, 2019.
In this talk, I am talking about why visual thinking is such a great tool, I am then talking about the visual thinking primer – a set of simple rules that allow people who think they cannot draw to practice visual thinking successfully. Then I take the audience through a few practical examples of how this visual thinking primer can be applied: visualizing a couple of agile manifesto principles, explaining the scrum framework visually and then using the method to map a team’s challenges. In the end, there are a few questions answered.
