The Art Wall is an online social environment for artists to give and receive feedback online for their work. This design space offers feedback for different art categories as well as different skill levels. We conducted user research by benchmarking the pros and cons of current platforms and held interviews with artists regarding their current feedback process, struggles, and platforms used. Our findings indicated key insights and user requirements that showed high value on feedback, anonymity and expertise. It also confirmed a strong desire for a platform that is solely dedicated to artistic feedback
