Sketching: Thinking Visually

Sketching is a fundamental tool that allows designers to quickly develop and communicate ideas. Sketching means different things to different people, but at NuVu, sketches are used for visual thinking and idea development. Sketching is not about creating beautiful pictures – it is about generating ideas, working out designs, and communicating with others in order to test, critique, and improve our projects. This video will introduce viewers to the basic concepts of design sketching through NuVu Studio’s Iterative Design Process for the O’Falafel Food Cart project.
