The Human-centered Design Process (Class APR20 MDI-IED Madrid by @abelnavajas)

Taught by @abelnavajas at the Master of Design & Innovation of IED Madrid.

Why? With human-centered design, people are involved in the design of products and services right from the start. The human-centered design process ensures the product is based on human-centric design solutions to problems, provides optimum user experiences, effortless interaction, and ultimately, business benefits.

What are the three main steps in the human centered design process? Human-centered design is best done in a team environment. The process includes three main phases: inspiration, ideation, and implementation. (Chances are you’re probably already using some of these methods in your process!) These three phases include various exercises based on the project and the goals of your team
