How would you communicate the idea of Independence Day in a simple picture?
So many images spring to mind for me, but the easiest one to show you, that seemed like something you might use for other purposes *besides* just the Fourth of July, was the one in this video. �
After all, unlike fireworks (another Independence Day symbol), the image I chose for today can symbolize:
Honor
Bravery
Surrender (white)
Pride
Community
LGBTQ+ (add rainbow colors)
Culture
Mourning (half-mast)
Ahead of the crowd/leading the pack (flagship)
Patriotism
Nationalism
Any country on the planet (just add colors!)
…
